Hello! My name is Jolan Matthew M. Datu, a Grade 12 student of Pasay City National High School. I am 16 years old and was born on September 24, 2008. I live at 2054 Tramo Street, Pasay City, where I grew up and continue to build my dreams. Life has shaped me into someone strong and independent. When I was young, my father left us, and that was one of the most difficult challenges I faced. However, I was never truly alone because my mother stood by me every step of the way. She became both a mother and a father to me, working hard to provide for my needs and guiding me with love and discipline. Her sacrifices inspire me every day, and because of her, I strive to do my best not only in school but also in life. Aside from my personal experiences, I have interests that define who I am. I love fashion and artistic things, as they allow me to express my creativity and individuality. These passions help me see the world in colorful and meaningful ways.

One of my favorite hobbies is drawing and designing, especially when it comes to fashion. I love sketching dresses and creating different silhouettes because it gives me the chance to bring my imagination to life on paper. Every time I draw, I feel like I’m not just making random lines I’m creating something that expresses who I am and how I see beauty. Designing clothes, even just in sketches, has always been a passion of mine.
